- NOPE! If the drive-access LED is _ON_ (as he said it is), it is not usually
- the 5VDC, as the 5VDC also lights the LED. A spinning drive and lit LED means
- the power-up sequence has not completed, which is usually a ROM problem. A
- too-low 5VDC might do it (the LED would be dim, but you might not notice), but
- that's rare (usually its there or its not).
